2017 HIRE CHARGES

Casual Hire

Main Hall only  £10.00 £13.00 per hour
Committee Room only £9.00 £11.00 per hour
Main Hall and Committee Room £13.00 £19.00 per hour

Minimum hire is for 2 hours and includes use of kitchen. 10% discount is allowable for multiple bookings.

Conditions of Hire:

  1. All Hire Charges are payable in advance

  2. A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of 25% of the hire charge must be paid with the Booking Form

  3. A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of £150 is payable for all weddings and evening parties. This deposit is £200 for the 18 – 25 age group.   18-25’s parties must have a Parental Guarantor. (Please pay by separate cheque). If any damage has occurred, costs will be deducted from this deposit.

  4. All charges and deposits must be paid in full at least 14 DAYS before the event takes place

  5. Block Bookings must be paid MONTHLY in ADVANCE.

  6. Bookings for teenage-only parties will only be accepted at the discretion of the Management Committee.

  7. Children’s parties MUST be adult supervised.

  8. A charge will be made if any additional cleaning is necessary either inside or outside the building.

  9. If Bar hire exceeds 4 hours, a charge of £20 per additional hour, or part thereof, will apply

 

NB. These rates only apply until 31st December 2017; revised charges may apply with effect from 1st January 2018.
